The Monitoring Group appoints Board Members to the PIOB

The Monitoring Group has announced Mr. Mark Smith will begin serving an initial term as PIOB member in October 2023, and that existing PIOB members: Ms. Janine van Diggelen and Ms. Begoña Giner have been re-appointed for additional terms commencing on 1 January 2024.
