The PIOB will mark its 15th Anniversary by holding an online event

On September 29th, the PIOB will organize a special event to celebrate its 15th anniversary like it’s day one. After these fifteen years, dedicated to enhancing the Public Interest, the organization likes to consider this moment as a new starting point.

On this date, a global online event will bring together the main professionals in the financial sector and a world-class panel of speakers. Amongst others this e-Anniversary will have the presence of Mr. In-Ki Joo, IFAC President, Mr. Tom Seidenstein IAASB Chair and Mr. Stavros Thomadakis, IESBA Chair. Linda de Beer, as the recently appointed Chair of the PIOB, will open this day of celebration.

Besides celebrating the improvements made through the efforts of the PIOB and its stakeholders, this event also wants to symbolize the beginning of a new era in the history of the organization. The PIOB wants to embrace the future in an open and permanent dialogue with the whole of society that is a direct beneficiary of the PIOB´s work.
